Two, products.

PawCascade offers for sale pet water fountains, connected food dispensers, and accessories for dogs and cats. Photos and descriptions are provided for illustrative purposes only.

Three, prices.

The prices displayed are in euros, all taxes included. PawCascade reserves the right to modify its prices at any time, with already validated orders remaining unaffected.

Four, order and payment.

Any order placed on the site implies full acceptance of these terms and conditions. Payment is made online at the time of order via the payment methods offered on the site.

Five, delivery.

Delivery times are provided as an indication when placing the order. PawCascade cannot be held responsible for delays attributable to the carrier.

Six, right of withdrawal.

In accordance with Belgian and European legislation, the customer has a period of fourteen calendar days from receipt of the product to exercise their right of withdrawal, without having to provide a reason. Return costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the product is defective or non-compliant.

Seven, warranty.

All products benefit from the two-year legal warranty of conformity, in accordance with Belgian law.

Eight, applicable law.

These general conditions are governed by Belgian law. Any dispute falls under the jurisdiction of the Belgian courts.
